Juqu road sewer is the major main sewer of 54” (DN1350) sewer line in Wuxi City, The sewer line were in need of CCTV inspection. Wuxi Drainage Co. utilized 1 Varisco 6-inch solids handling centrifugal pump with diesel engine as the primary bypass pump. The Varisco 6-inch solids (Solid up to 76mm) handling centrifugal pump is capable of maximum capacity of up to 360 cubic meter per hour and is equipped with the vacuum prime system which provides quick priming and prime height to 9 meter. The 6-inch pump was used to pump the massive sewer water to the downstream manhole. This pump significantly improved the efficiency and saved time for this project.
